生物活性：Potassium oxonate 是一种尿酸酶抑制剂，在体外无细胞提取物和完整细胞中以不同于别嘌醇的方式抑制由嘧啶磷酸核糖基转移酶催化的 5-FU 磷酸化为 5-氟尿苷-5'-单磷酸。 IC50 值： 目标：口服给药 5-FU (2 mg/kg) 和一种有效的 5-FU 降解抑制剂给携带吉田肉瘤的大鼠，发现氧酸 (10 mg/kg) 抑制 5 的形成来自 5-FU 的 -fluorouridine-5'-monophosphate 及其随后掺入小肠和大肠而非肿瘤和骨髓组织的 RNA 部分 [1]。氧酸饮食使血浆尿酸增加 80-90 微摩尔/升，而血压仅在高尿酸血症 5/6 肾切除术大鼠 (18 mmHg) 中升高 [2]。
